Meet Lynn

Lynn has worked as an international consultant in the areas of addiction recovery, eating disorders , spiritual healing and energy clearing for over 25 years.

She has a passionate committment to optimum wellbeing for body, mind, spirit and emotions. The evidence is her own phenomenal 30 years of continuous abstinence and sobriety. She lives and teaches the 12 Steps, and practical metaphysics. Principles from Unity, TM meditation, Law of Attraction and Bon Buddhism are included in her practice.

Lynn's spiritual journey included studying Reiki with one of Mrs. Takata's original Reiki Masters, Barbara Brown. She then expanded her career as an addiction counsellor with a practice as a Reiki Master/Teacher.

Her background in showing horses evolved to include energy clearing for horses and riders and recent training in the spirit-centred equine facilitated psychotherapy at Epona.

Her life-changing work (for her two-legged and four-legged clients) is based on Spiritual Response Therapy and Spiritual Restructuring.
